A Polish War Cross of the Armed Forces in the West 1939-1945.  The award was instituted by act of the Polish Parliament on May 17, 1989 and awarded to former members of the Polish Armed Forces in the West. There are a total of fifteen bars which may be awarded with this cross, depending on the campaigns in which the recipient took part.
